"This is the only insurance company I have ever had since I first opened a policy as a new driver. I have always been with the Joy Estes office. They have a great team and great customer service. Recently, I received an email about an increase of my premium for 1 of the 3 vehicles I have insured. It was quite upsetting. I called the office to voice this concern and frustration. Katie took this call. She is amazing. She let me vent and kindly addressed my concerns. She was able to locate an error that actually reduced my payment and corrected the issue. "Joy has been taking care of me and my family for decades. Her staff is always excellent and speedy. Prices are fair. I cannot say enough good things about the firm and her as a person. You will not be disappointed. Update: Adult child driving in LA had a breakdown. Called Dad for AAA number. He said call Joy’s office in Phx (after hours). They were connected with Roadside Assistance who promptly sent a tow truck to save the day. Yay!"
